DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMES

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES

Please note that the shipping time frames do not include processing time. Your orders will be delivered based on your selected shipping option once they have been processed and prepared by our team. Deliveries are made from Mondays to Fridays (working business days).
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Upon shipping your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order information with your tracking number and link. This email will provide you all the necessary information to track your package through the carrier's website. Please use the tracking number and link provided to stay updated on your order's delivery status.
SHIPPING ADDRESS UPDATE POLICY
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at the time of order. Once items are processed and packed, we can no longer make changes to the shipping address. The order information will contain the shipping information that the order will be shipped to. Please double check your shipping details to avoid any delivery issues.
